We over 20+ years experience. We have residential and small business experience, from computer and laptop repair to small businesses.

No we don’t. We see it as a pure gimmick used by other companies to get you through the door. Everything is fixable. The question is “does it always make financial sense to repair it”? So these companies who do a “No Fix No Fee” can always claim it’s repairable. They will often ask to do an expensive repair even when it doesn’t make financial sense, so that they can get their fee paid.

Yes, You can drop of your pc at our repair centre (click here for location and directions).

We also offer a callout service, this is charged at a “per hour rate”. If the repair can not be performed onsite the engineer will take the computer away to our workshops and redeliver it once repaired.

Yes! Our engineers are available for onsite calls. However not all repairs can be carried out on site, if our engineer deems that the repair will take longer than expected or for some hardware repairs it may be necessary to take the computer to our workshop.

We aim to complete repairs within 1-4 working days, where parts are not needed. Repairs that will require replacement parts may take longer.

Our estimates are based on the fault described to us and a list of possible solutions and prices will be given to you in full before any repair is undertaken.

Our services start at just £25.00.

At our repair centre we accept cash, credit and debit cards.

For on-site repairs we accept cash.

While we can reinstall or clear faults from some tablets or smartphones, we do not repair tablet or phone screens or charging sockets.
